Meet the Pink Bourbon, where fermentation is the name of the game! Starting off with a 24-hour pre-fermentation in cherry, these beans get a flavor head start. Then, it's a laid-back 36-hour aerobic fermentation in snug mucilage blankets. Finally, they soak up the sun on raised beds for around 15 days. Your taste buds are in for a chill tropical experience – sun-soaked and packed with flavor!

Meet Freddy Correa, the mind behind La Primavera in Bajo Encanto. Since 2018, he's been partnering with the team, experimenting with effective processes. The latest batch spills the beans on a 24-hour cherry pre-fermentation, a 36-hour stint in mucilage, and a 15-day sun-drying process. The result? Exceptional coffee. This season also marks the return of the Pink Bourbon Creation, crafted in collaboration with Professor Cesar in Pitalito Huila. Together with producers, they've created a distinct profile for a coffee experience worth savoring. Take a sip and enjoy the flavors!

We will be roasting our premium coffee beans every Monday and Thursday. This means you can expect the freshest coffee on these days, as we dedicate our efforts to bring you the best flavors.

Coffee orders will be dispatched on the following days following our roasting production days (Monday and Thursday).

Combined Orders Fulfillment:
For orders that include both coffee beans and cold brew bottles, they will be fulfilled following our cold brew schedule. This streamlined process ensures that you receive one shipment.

Monthly 'Roaster's Choice' Subscription Fulfillment:
Regent Coffee will ship out within the first week of every month. To qualify for the upcoming month's shipment, orders must be placed before the last week of the month.
